Our digital web platform myPKF, which we offer in cooperation with our software house BMD, is the ideal solution for communication and collaboration between you and PKF. You can use myPKF to conveniently access your accounting “live data” around the clock via PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone. This includes querying cross-divisional evaluations through to business analyses that can be opened right down to the original document.
The client platform can also be accessed via mobile devices and the BMD Go app is available for Android/iOS. The app combines user-friendly operation, performance and functionality - with full integration into your financial accounting.
CRM functions
CRM stands for Customer Relationship Managementand offers you the following functions, among others:
myPKF Databox - Simple document transfer to the law firm The myPKF Databox can be used to transfer locally scanned documents or documents photographed with a cell phone for financial accounting. The documents are processed digitally, archived in an audit-proof manner and are available for retrieval at any time. 24/7 and outside our office opening hours!
All documents that have been processed and archived by us can be released for you to view (e.g. contracts, notifications, evaluations, etc.).
Advisors - An overview of your PKF advisors including extension numbers and e-mail addresses.
Customers and suppliers - we offer you the opportunity to view this master data based on your debtors and creditors and to use it for your own business purposes.

Essential financial accounting evaluations and analyses are also available via myPKF. In addition, simple posting cases can also be pre-entered or invoices paid.

Supplier payment proposal - you can independently create payment proposals, approve payments in a traceable manner and generate telebanking files for the efficient processing of payment transactions.

Cashbook -With this pre-entry option, original receipts can be transferred at the same time. The pre-entry is then transferred to the accounting system after careful checking.
Payroll and Time recording
In payroll accounting, data entry functions and evaluations such as wage slips are available for your
